Technical-Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) Track deals mainly with technical-vocational skills. These skills are essential requirements for the National Certificate II (NC II) and Certificate of Competency (COC) under TESDA programs that can increase students’ employability after graduation from senior high school. They can also take degree courses in college especially those which are related to entrepreneurship, culinary arts, hospitality and tourism management, fashion management, agriculture, computer programming and electrical-related courses.
Industrial Arts
Students who are interested in honing their technical skills in Plumbing, Welding, Repair and Installation, Automotive, Electronics, Carpentry and Construction like in Electrical, Shielded Metal Arch Welding (SMAW) and Domestic Refrigeration And Air-Conditioning (DOMRAC) can choose this strand. This strand exposes students in the world of industrial arts and engineering.
Shielded Metal Arc Welding
The Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to weld carbon steel plate and pipe components as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work order, welding procedure or oral instructions using shielded metal arc welding equipment.
A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:

Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
The RAC SERVICING (DomRAC) NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to install, service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair domestic air-conditioning and refrigeration units.
A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:
• Domestic Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technician
Electrical Installation and Maintenance
The ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting and related equipment and systems where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts in residential houses/buildings.
A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:
• Building-Wiring Electrician
• Residential/Commercial-Wiring Electrician
• Maintenance Electrician
