Technical-Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) Track deals mainly with technical-vocational skills. These skills are essential requirements for the National Certificate II (NC II) and Certificate of Competency (COC) under TESDA programs that can increase students’ employability after graduation from senior high school. They can also take degree courses in college especially those which are related to entrepreneurship, culinary arts, hospitality and tourism management, fashion management, agriculture, computer programming and electrical-related courses.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

ICT strand equips students with various tools for communication and information dissemination. Specializations under Information and Communication Technology strand are Computer Software and Hardware Installation, Animation, Contact Center Servicing and Computer Programing.

Computer System Servicing

The COMPUTER HARDWARE SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that must possess to enable to diagnose and troubleshoot problems in personal computer systems, software, replace parts and get the system back to normal operation.

 

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:

•             Computer Assembler

•             Computer Service Technician

•             Network Technician

•             Computer Maintenance Technician

Contact Center Services

The CONTACT CENTER SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to interact with customers to provide information about products and services.  It also covers handling of customer’s complaints, inbound customer service, order taking and inquiry response handling, and outbound telemarketing.

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:

•             Telemarketing Officer

•             Customer Service Representative

 

Animation

The ANIMATION NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to produce cleaned-up and in-betweened drawings in both production and post-production stages.

 

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:

•             Clean-Up Artist

•             In-between Artist/In-betweener

•             Clean-Up Art Checker

•             In-between Checker
